Yoga contains the opportunity for us to return home to our bodies. It is the transformational process of remembering who we are fully alive in this soft animal body. Whether it is to heal an injury, gain strength and flexibility, or cultivate equanimity, the practices of yoga and meditation are effective tools. It is as simple as slowing down, breathing, and paying attention. These practices are accessible to everyone.
