Strengthen, stabilize, and energize your whole body through a powerful Pilates mat class designed to connect you to your core. In this 75-minute session, you’ll flow through intentional movements that build strength, improve posture, and enhance mobility.
Expect a balance of precision and power—challenging enough to fire up your muscles, yet adaptable so every body can participate. Guided breathwork and mindful pacing will help you move with control and confidence, leaving you feeling centered, resilient, and revitalized.

BRENDA OSTROM
Brenda Ostrom is a BASI Pilates instructor with additional training in Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies. An athlete turned teacher, she discovered Pilates through her own injury recovery journey and now specializes in assessment-based programming and rehabilitation for all levels—from everyday movers to professional athletes.
Her sessions integrate a deep understanding of biomechanics with a solution-focused approach, helping clients build awareness and confidence in their bodies. Brenda fosters a supportive, adaptable, and empowering environment, guiding clients to move with intention and resilience.
