This hands-on workshop will guide each person through preparing, shaping, and finishing their own rawhide rattle while learning its cultural meaning as a tool for rhythm and connection.

3-Week Immersion

A deep dive into art, nature & wellness!

Engage in nature-based learning, art-making, yoga and reflective practices, with support from mentors, mental health professionals, and cultural educators. Receive optional certifications in Yoga Teacher Training or Wilderness First Aid.
