The Art of Receiving - 2-Hour Healing Workshop
Sunday, November 2 • 9:00am - 11:00am
A guided journey into deeper healing, restoration, and lasting change. This experience is designed for those who are ready to go beyond the session and learn how to receive fully so the work actually sticks. Whether you’re in active bodywork or seeking deeper healing, this workshop teaches you how to support your body before, during, and after your sessions—so you can create real, lasting transformation.
What you’ll learn:
Education + embodiment
Ritual + practical tools
Nervous system support + real-life integration
What Participants Should Bring to the Workshop
Yoga mat, towel, or something that you don’t mind sitting on (possibly outdoors)
Pencil, pen, and notebook or journal
Warm layers (part of this session may be outside, and November mornings can be chilly)
Refillable water bottle
