We believe that well-being extends beyond the mat and into the practical rhythms of daily life. This community course, led by Kirstie Kari, invites you to explore financial literacy as a form of self-care: helping you cultivate clarity, confidence, and stability in your relationship with money.

  • Through accessible instruction and guided exercises, participants will learn foundational principles of personal finance—from mindful budgeting and cash-flow awareness to debt reduction, savings habits, and long-term planning. The aim is not perfection, but empowerment: giving you tools that support a more grounded, intentional way of living.

Whether you're beginning a new chapter or refining what already works, this course breaks down complex financial concepts into simple, actionable steps you can apply right away. You’ll explore how to track spending with awareness, set values-aligned goals, understand credit, prepare for uncertainties, and make informed decisions around loans, insurance, and retirement.

By the end of our time together, you will walk away with a personalized and realistic financial plan—one that supports your stability, your wellbeing, and the life you are working toward.

    Course Themes Include:

    • Understanding income and expenses with clarity
    • Budgeting methods that support your lifestyle and goals
