MEET MEL
Mel began to practice yoga at a young age with the goals of gaining mobility and strength. With her formal training, her passion for yoga ignited as she began to recognize it as a lifestyle—not just an activity.
Mel is committed to being a lifelong student of yoga by learning, living, and sharing the philosophy and discipline. Mel hopes that by integrating the body and breath through the physical movements, she can help her students open the pathways to a more peaceful way of life through the teachings of yoga, both on and off their mats.
Mel is certified with a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and is excited to guide people of all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels.
