Inversions with Ease: Strength, Balance and Play
Saturday, November 1 • 11:00am - 12:15pm
Get ready to shift your perspective! This class will introduce the fundamentals of handstands and inversions in a safe and supportive way. We’ll begin on the mat with a solo practice to awaken strength and connect with the shoulder girdle and solar plexus. Then we’ll shift into a workshop-style section, working with partners and using the wall to explore proven techniques.
No prior experience is needed—everyone is welcome—and you may be surprised by what you’re able to do. With clear guidance, tips, and tricks, this class will give you the confidence to take your handstand and inversion practice to the next level.

Complete Morning Practice: Awakening Body and Mind
Sunday, November 2 • 8:00am - 9:15pm
We will begin our practice with some gentle stretching and movements to awaken and warm up the body. Guided by kindness, we will bring love to all of our tissues. We will connect to our breath through simple yet profound pranayama instruction, and experience two different kinds of traditional meditation.
We will close with a brief period of contemplation through journaling. This will be a complete morning practice, the elements of which you can take back into your life with you.
