Mariposa Facelift

Join us for the Mariposa Facelift on April 11 at the Yosemite Climbing Museum in Mariposa for a day of community care, connection, and stewardship. Balanced Rock will be offering a donation-based morning yoga session from 7:15am–8:00am to help participants ground, stretch, and prepare for the day ahead before cleanup efforts begin throughout the community from 8:00am–12:00pm.

You can also stop by the Balanced Rock booth at the Yosemite Climbing Association Museum from 11:00am–1:00pm to connect with our team, learn about upcoming programs and workshops, and participate in our interactive “Take a Note, Leave a Promise” activity — an invitation to reflect on one way you care for the Earth. Participants will be invited to add their promise to our community board and receive a small affirmation card as a takeaway gift.

Our booth will also feature information on private guided experiences, upcoming Art, Nature & Wellness workshops, our annual Yoga Jambalaya event this November, ways to support Balanced Rock, and opportunities to stay connected through our newsletter and social channels.

Food from L&J’s Tacos will be available onsite from 11:00am–1:00pm, with an evening afterparty and fundraiser at The Grove House featuring live music from Water Tower from 7:00pm–10:00pm.
