Spring Fling

Join Balanced Rock at the 2026 Spring Fling on May 2 at the El Portal Community Hall for a day of community connection, creativity, and celebration. Our booth will be open from 10:00am–4:00pm and will offer both informational resources and a simple interactive activity designed to inspire reflection and connection to the natural world.

This year, we’ll be hosting a “Seeds of Intention” activity, inviting participants to pause and plant a personal intention for the season ahead using seed paper that can later be planted at home. Community members can contribute intentions to a shared community offering or take home their own seed paper in a small envelope as a reminder of growth, care, and possibility.

Visitors to the booth can also learn more about Balanced Rock’s community yoga offerings, upcoming programs and retreats, Yoga Jambalaya this November, and ways to stay connected through our newsletter and social media channels. We’ll also have opportunities to support Balanced Rock through donations, with locally-designed merchandise and Yosemite stickers available as thank-you gifts for supporters.
