Unwind into the evening with a deeply restorative yoga asana practice guided by Darcy. Gentle poses and mindful breathing invite the body to soften, helping you release the day and settle into a state of deep relaxation. The practice gradually melts into a tranquil sound bath with Ryan Evans, offering a soothing space to rest and integrate the day’s experiences.
No additional equipment is required, though participants are welcome to bring pillows or blankets for extra comfort during the restorative yoga and sound immersion.

Darcy Blackburn is a Mariposa native, yoga instructor, and wilderness guide who finds inspiration where art, nature, and wellness meet. With a background in fine art and a deep love for Yosemite, her teaching blends creativity, mindfulness, and joyful movement through yoga, Yoga Trapeze, and POP Pilates.
In her dual role as Balanced Rock’s Program Support Coordinator and Outreach & Enrollment Specialist, Darcy is grateful to share her passion for connection and healing in the heart of the Sierra.
