Kyra Taylor

Dreamy Yin

Saturday, November 7 • 5:00pm - 7:00pm

Unwind into the evening with a deeply restorative yin practice guided by Kyra. Gentle poses and mindful breathing invite the body to soften, helping you release the day and settle into a state of deep relaxation. The practice gradually melts into a tranquil sound bath with Ryan Evans, offering a soothing space to rest and integrate the day’s experiences.

No additional equipment is required, though participants are welcome to bring pillows or blankets for extra comfort during the restorative yoga and sound immersion.

What Participants Should Bring to the Class

  • A yoga mat

  • Cozy items: blankets, sweater, beanie, warm socks

  • A refillable water bottle
