MEET JENNI
Jenni Buczko is a licensed clinical counselor and accomplished silk painter with a deep love for wild places and the human nervous system. Her path into counseling began as a Yosemite park ranger and world traveler, before a calling to support people through meaningful inner change led her to somatic psychology.
Trained at Naropa University, Jenni brings a body-centered, trauma-informed approach grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and EMDR. She regularly works with first responders, climbers, and individuals processing acute or cumulative trauma, supporting the nervous system’s capacity to heal and reorganize.
During the Art, Nature & Wellness Program’s immersive cohort, Jenni will serve as a dedicated mental health support provider and lead Stress, Mental Health, and the Nervous System, a one-day exploration of how the body holds stress—and how to build resilience rather than burnout.
