Jessie first came to her mat seeking relief from the pressures of daily mental stress. Over the years the practice deepened, becoming a crucial part of her chronic pain management. This personal transformation fuels her passion for teaching, where she creates a welcoming and supportive environment for all students.
As a RYT200 instructor, Jessie specializes in teaching vinyasa to build strength and flow, and yin yoga to promote deep relaxation and release. Her approach helps students find balance, connecting movement with mindfulness to navigate their own physical and mental well-being.
