In this 2-hour interactive workshop you will learn:

Tools to retrain your brain and begin recover from your chronic symptoms

This session will be offered at the Yosemite Valley Medical Clinic in the heart of Yosemite Valley.
You will receive a Welcome Email upon registration with more information and location details.

We encourage you to bring anything you need to be comfortable in a possible outdoor setting: layers, water bottle, sun protection/bug protection.
If you wish to take notes, it will be handy to have a journal and pen/pencil.
Optional: your own yoga mat, camp chair, or blanket to sit on

Meet Your Facilitator
ELIZA KERR
Eliza Kerr is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Neuroplastic Recovery Coach with more than 30 years of experience helping people address chronic pain and brain-body conditions through an integrative approach combining Ayurvedic Medicine and modern neuroplasticity.
She trained at California College of Ayurveda and studied with leading teachers including Vasant Lad, Richard Freeman, and K. Pattabhi Jois. She has also completed advanced training in Neuroplastic Recovery with Howard Schubiner and Mark Lumley, specializing in chronic pain recovery and the brain-body connection.
Her teaching is further informed by her own recovery journey following a catastrophic paragliding accident, giving her both clinical expertise and lived experience in resilience and healing.
