David Cicoletti
Vocal Jambalaya! The Sacred Sounds of Yoga
Saturday, November 7 in the Bodie Room • 2:00pm - 3:15pm
Join David for a 75-minute immersion into both traditional and Western kirtan. In this session, we’ll weave our voices together with harmonium and guitar and discover how singing ancient, sacred sounds is a powerful tool for quieting the mind, emotional expression, and community connection.
No prior musical, singing, or chanting experience is required—simply bring a mat or cushion, an open heart, and your natural voice.
What Participants Should Bring to the Class
A yoga mat or cushion
A refillable water bottle
*There will be a limited number of yoga mats, bolsters, blocks, straps, and blankets to use during classes. These are first come, first serve.
