Some sessions will take place in the Yoga Studio, adjacent to the Yosemite Health Spa located beneath the June Bug Cafe.

Learn more about the Bug by visiting their website at yosemitebug.com.

Please note that some sessions may take place partially or fully outdoors - this will be clearly noted in the informational emails so participants can be prepared.

  • The event location (The Yosemite Bug) boasts a variety of affordable lodging options for you to stay onsite.

Participants for this event are eligible to receive 10% off their room rate when booking (must book over the phone - call the Yosemite Bug Front Desk to inquire)

We recommend securing your lodging arrangements as soon as possible!

*This event takes place in early November, so if you decide to camp please be aware of possible winter temperatures and prepare accordingly.

  • We will have the option for folks to pay at the door if there is space available, but pass prices will increase on the day of the event so we highly encourage everyone to register ahead of time online.

We will accept cash, most major credit cards, Venmo, or personal checks.

  • Participants who are unable to attend and request a refund will be eligible minus a small administrative fee (10% of pass price).

We encourage you to purchase trip insurance for your flights, accommodations, etc. We do understand that emergencies may arise, but as we are a small non-profit organization, we are not able to make exceptions to this refund policy.

Balanced Rock reserves the right to cancel a course for force majeure or any other circumstances beyond our control such as state/county-advised health mandates, fire, flood, or other natural disaster. We also reserve the right to cancel any program if sign-ups are inadequate to make the program economically feasible for us to operate. If this happens, we give a full refund to all participants. However, Balanced Rock Foundation is not responsible for additional expenses incurred by you in preparing for the trip (e.g., non-refundable air tickets, gear or medical expenses). You may consider purchasing additional trip insurance as detailed above.

  • We encourage participants to bring their own yoga mats, a refillable water bottle, a journal, and something to write with.

We will have sanitized mats, yoga props onsite at a first-come, first-serve basis should you need to borrow one for class(es).

Any special gear that may be required for specific classes will be emailed to class participants.

  • Absolutely! We just ask that the person attending the class is the information we have on file (the information we collect at registration). This is important for health and liability purposes.

Should you like to gift a pass to a loved one, feel free to contact our office directly and we can help you set it up.

  • While we love the kiddos and the fur babies, we ask that the classes are for adult humans only, so that everyone can relax and enjoy.

Want to speak to a human being? Book a discovery call with one of our team members to ask questions and learn more about this program!
