Pilates Sculpt is a dynamic, high-energy, low impact workout that blends traditional, core-focused Pilates principles with barre-style strength training. Often using equipment, it aims to increase heart rate, tone muscles, and improve endurance. A faster-paced, "spicy" version of mat Pilates with a Barre & Yoga influence done to the beat of music.

Malina brings over 16 years of experience guiding movement and 10 years as a studio owner, creating spaces where people can feel strong, supported, and inspired. Her diverse certifications—including Jazzercise, POP Pilates, Barre, HIIT28, Stretch, Yoga Trapeze, and a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training—reflect her passion for helping others move with confidence, balance, and joy.
